I don't understand why some people seem to get their jollies creating terrible problems for innocent and/or ignorant computer users. When I got infected, I was terribly demoralized – it seemed like the very worst of humanity. Then I discovered TomCoyote, whose volunteers represent the very best of humanity. As I said when I donated, thanks for helping me disinfect my computer and for giving me back my faith in people.

I have given your name to several people, and I always tell them that they need to donate if they get help from you. I only wish I could give more.

Keep up the amazing work.
