If your a Pink Floyd fan then go here: http://www.pinkfloyd.ws/. Don't worry, i'm friends with the owner and it is perfectly safe. You'll have to register and search the forums to find ROIO's (bootlegs). It has some great files. This is the only site i'll download music from. Other than that I use DC++ and join up with download hubs.
