Clock Reset

My PC clock always reset after log out. Can anybody please tell me what's wrong & how to fix this.

It sounds like the battery on your motherboard is failing. They are usually quite cheap to replace, a simple button battery. Pull yours and take it to the store with you to get a replacement...
