Stuck Cd

I have a neighbor who called me and she has a CD stuck in her computer. She said the CD door opens but the CD isn't visible. She said she opened the computer up and when she opens the drive drawer, she can see the CD up in the computer but there is no way to get at it. Anyone have any ideas? :blink:

I suggest you find a repair shop, or someone who knows how to open the box and get it :thumbup:

If nothing else, cd-rom drives are fairly cheap and she could use the old one as a coffee mug (well, i guess thats not such a hot idea…. what if coffee spills LOL)
