I just purchased this program and am having so much trouble with it. I got everything installed and tried to use the program but it says: "another instance of install wizard is running" or something to this effect. It takes me to a window which is like a demo window or info for systemworks that says "The smartest way to optimize and protect your pc""click next to continue" The next button does nothing and I'm getting very frustrated.

I'm guessing I have a virus but I can't get the program running. The problem I'm trying to cure has to do with an AIM thing that keeps making an away message that says" PICS FROM THE BEACH http://www.service24.com/photos/pictures.pif:)!!! "

Any help with my problems would be appreciated.
