I used to be able to click on a word attachment to an email and it would open in Word. Now it opens in wordpad. I right clicked on the attachment and tried to use the "open with" function. Word was not in the list of applications to use. I browsed and chose Word but when I clicked on it to creat the association it just closes the window and the attachment still won't open with Word. To view the attachment I have to save it off to the hard drive and then open Word and then open the file through Word. It is almost like Outlook Express isn't recognizing that Word is installed on the computer. Any ideas?
