System Slow Down And Have To Click Twice On Most..

OK here we go.

I set up my laptop to make some comparisons as far as getting the Alert error that such and such website couldn't be found. I got 3 of those errors with my laptop and I probably clicked on 100 to 120 links. Did the same thing with the desktop and it whizzed along pretty darn good for about 40 links and I was thinking the problem is completely gone (did the desktop first) then the "alert errors started hitting again. I got 10 alert errors in about the same amout of clicks. This wasn't scientific as I am just guessing at the figures. But the desktop seems to be whizzing right along except for those minor amount of Alert errors.

I did a Trend online scan and it didn't find any viruses but then is doesn't scan the archived files either. So then I tried a Panda Scan which always seems to a pretty good job but it wouldn't work (I have to use IExplorer with most of these scans) but gave me an error saying "The page cannot be diplayed" when I tried to do the scan. I tried several times and finally gave up on that one. I went to RAV which seems to be the one to always find viruses when others can't find them. It never found any viruses but found the usual suspicious stuff.

So I think things are working pretty well and I am not getting the "Alert errors" as I was for a while which was almost every other time…. I think you have done way more than 110% in trying to help me so what more could a person ask. I thank you so much for being extremely knowledgable and sticking with me in trying to fix my probelms… Your help is and was very much appreciated.
