Message title incorrect. Antivirus uninstall problem.
I tried to get a customer's antivirus out and it (Norton) is apparently still somewhere in the registry because McAfee antivirus will not install.
I chatted online with McAfee customer support and I could not troubleshoot because I was not at the problem computer.
Once I go to start-->run-->regedit, where do I go from there to find any instances of Norton for complete removal?
