I´m new to the hijackthis program, so i had no idea what to delete and what to keep that´s why i´m here.
i just did a complet system scan with:
Ad-Aware and deleted everything.
Norton Antivirus 9.05.15 and i was clean.
Spybot Search&Destroy it found 8 enterys, and was able to fix 3 of them. 5 enterys remain wich i cannot ger rid of they are all DSO Exploits.
some times when i enter a wrong URL in IE i´m taken to "instantsearch" or somthing like that.

Hello Regin, Welcome to TomCoyote forum. If you are still looking for help, I will see what I can do.

Spybot Search&Destroy it found 8 enterys, and was able to fix 3 of them. 5 enterys remain wich i cannot ger rid of they are all DSO Exploits.

The is a problem in the software, you can ignore the DSO Exploits, just make sure your Critical Updates are current. See the information in this link:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/36.html

I wish to remove this item unless you know what it is, most host file redirects are bad. I will schedule removal, pass over the item if you know it and wish to keep it.
O1 - Hosts: 64.91.255.87 www.dcsresearch.com

This is the nasty:
C:\Programmer\Common files\SearchUpgrader\SearchUpgrader.exe
http://computercops.biz/startuplist-4747.html
eUniverse/KeenValue adware related hijacker
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SearchUpgrader] C:\Programmer\Common files\SearchUpgrader\SearchUpgrader.exe

Regin, we must stop this item from running so we can remove it. Open your Task Manager and the the Processes Tab. Locate it and end process on it:
SearchUpgrader (could have another name to hide it, like KeenValue. It's nasty, you will find it.)

It may hide it's file from us, so here are instructions to enable hidden files if you need it.

Scan with HijackThis and check each of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows then click on "Fix Checked"

Now we must remove the folder. You can RIGHT click on Start, then click Explore. Locate it in the tree, then delete the folder.

C:\Programmer\Common files\SearchUpgrader>>> folder

Run Cleanmgr, check and delete anything windows locates then empty the recycle bin and restart the computer. Use the following two links to stay in the same thread and post a new log for a check and any feedback you think we should have.
