Hi all just downloaded avg7 & on all incoming and out going this appears Internal Virus Database is out-of-date. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. Version: 7.0.300 / Virus Database: 265.6.5 - Release Date: 12/26/2004 what should I do if anything you help would me much appreciated Cheers Meisha

You need to update AVG. You are 4 updates behind the current one right now.

By selecting the Update Manager tab in AVG Control Center and clicking on the Update Now! button, AVG 7.0 will download the appropriate update file and will perform the update for your AVG system
