Mozilla Firebird Help

Ok, I downloaded Mozilla Firebird today. After I opened it in winzip and found Mozillafirebird.exe i got a pop up that said it couldnt find nspr4.dll and that I should download it again. Well, I looked and I could find nspr4.dll.. I downloaded again. Same error. Downloaded Again. Error. Download. Error. Download. Error. etc.. Help?

Make a new folder on your hrd drive. Say c:\firebird. Extract all the files in the downloaded archive to that folder. Now doubleclick the executable file. Good isn't it?
I didn't believe in reincarnation last time either!
