Dear Administrator,

A stupid popup has bothered me for a week or so, and always directs me to a dialeradmin page: "http://www.dialeradmin.com/cgi-bin/err4.cgi?prog=ldr&ver=4.000&code=2&info=0,2&aid=124350&skid=&langid=&winver=Windows+NT+5.1;2600;6.0.2800.1106&ci=1-71", saying "There seems to be a problem preventing you from proceeding at this time. The error that occured was: Download error #2. Please try again later."

Spybot - Search && Destroy (version 1.3) generated a logfile as shown below, but it is not able to "really" fix the problems. When scanning again, they still appear there. As a reference, a HijackThis logfile is also given below. The two logfiles were generated almost at the same time. Would you please help me solve the problem? Thank you in advance.

By the way, is this problem harmful to my computer and anything else?

Looking forward to your response, thank you!
