Are there any download accelerators out there that are free of ad/spyware, easy to uninstall if need be, and actually work?

hello seansea, there are internal OS tweaks and programs that will apply a tweak for you. They MAY increase your download speed. I can provide some links to web pages if you want. i would stay away from so called programs that will "speedup, boost, increase, optimize" etc., spyware free or not they most likely dont do what they claim.
