It is likely your ISP has one too - though it may be a branded version of speedtest.net Tomk linked too.
That one is my preferred but also popular are Fast.com and Testmy.net. If you are wondering if your ISP is providing the service you are paying for, check your contract. If you are not, contact your ISP and complain. But first, make sure the contract states a minimum and not something vague like “up to” some speed.
