Let me start off by saying all of you are amazing. It restores my faith in humanity that these hackers stole seeing you all help people like you do. I have the utmost respect and admiration for y'all. With that being said I have been targeted for about a year now and it has been a nightmare. It all started when someone broke into my house and actually physically put a USB drive into my computer and it just so happened I was using eBenefits to change my direct deposit information. That site is a hackers dream, they got my social, my military records, they switched the direct deposit and rerouted my disability check and to this day I have no solution. ANY help would be greatly appreciated and please, moderators link your paypal or patron. I am so glad sites like this exist. I actually want to dedicate most of my time to helping people in my situation. I do not wish anyone to go through it. I spent my whole life online and for them to infiltrate's and delete everything was in effect "killing" me. I have had my desktop compromised and it was dismantled. I bought an HP Omen 15 and it was hijacked to the point where they upgraded my license and installed a windows NT type of OS, so when I reinstalled it would default to that. I sold the omen. Now all I have is my 2 phones, an Android Galaxy s20 5g, an Iphone11 and soon a pixel. I also have a new laptop on layaway but i suspect, short of moving, I will meet interference from these guys.
I am sure they are using my phones and their data for crypto mining, some of the data usage on some programs are just ridiculous. They have tracked me via GPS and factory resetting any of the devices, computer, or phones, results in reinfection. I suspect a virtual machine or wlan or something to that effect. I am willing ot pay good money if i knew who to even contact! IT experts? I just recently bought yubikeys and a nitrokey storage, which when I plugged into a borrowed computer was immediately compromised and now useless. I know this is a PC recovery/malware/virus removal site but I have the hard drives that are severely infected, as I also suspect this one is as well. I believe they found my originaln network via wardriving?
I need to secure my phones to secure my computer or secure my computer to secure my phones. Any and all help or a point in the right direction would be very much appreciated. Take care, and hope to hear from you soon.
