Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 -- Failed to Install

The version 1803 update keeps trying to install but it fails every time.

The pc will reboot & it will appear to be doing its thing installing the update but then quits prematurely & just boot up regularly.  The Update History will show the "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 – Failed to Install" message.
