Outlook 2016 reports Unusual Behavior repeatedly

My Outlook is not working in a proper way since last Friday. After reading some tutorials, I have applied two solutions mentioned below:

1-    Run ScanPST.exe but it fails to complete entire phase

2-    Created new Outlook Profile but did not reflect any changes

Therefore, I am going to try free demo of Stellar Phoenix PST Repair. But, it is not a completely free software.

Please help me to find any freeware tool.
