I have installed Microsoft office 2013 but did not found Microsoft Office Picture Manager in it.
Is there a way to get Microsoft Office Picture Manager in my PC.

Microsoft dropped Picture Manger from Office 2013. If you have an older version of Office, you can install it from the older version.
