help please!

Well I'm back hoping someone can help. I run win7 and use my Samsung S5 active to tether. Today my pc changed overnight and there is no wireless connection offered in networks just dial up. Yet in task mgr. My Samsung connection is showing working. My my taskbar looks as it does in safemode and the speaker is muted, the action center warns to start security center and it won't start. Hello please? Sending this on cell and is my only Internet

Move this to networks if need to…just saw it. :/

64 bit os

Had gotten slower last few days and opening a new tab, instead of blank it was bing.

Finally was able to restart and using F8 it suggested running and repairing anything. Windows opened and the taskbar is normal. The x's are gone from volume icon and action center. In networks it now shows my connection. So, anyway to find a log of any on the system repair that ran to try and find the cause?
