Hi Admin,

Please need your necessary help to solve my virus problem

virus name: W32/Filecoder.Em

infected files: all my Pic files, media files

For your information all this files changed to be .Exx iso .Jpg or .Avi

and there is no antivirus can read this nasty virus !!!!

appreciate your cooperation

I am afraid currently there is no way to restore your files unless you have backups on a USB Thumbdrive, External Hard drive, a CD or use a cloud based backup program

You can try this decoder, not 100% sure if it will work but its worth a try

Once a decryption key is extracted it will allow you to decrypt all the files in a particular folder or all files on a computer. Unfortunately, on some victim's computers the decryption key has been stripped from the data files. In this situation, TeslaDecoder will be unable to help you recover your file
