Virus encoder [Closed]

Hello to everyone,

I face a serius problem. I catch a virus which called "virus-encoder" the specific message starts with "attention your computer has been attacked by a virus encoder…email us at [removed]"

Moreover, every each file encrypted and renamed xxxx.xlsx.id-xxxxxxx_help2015@scryptmail.

If anyone know something I will appretiate.
