ipod 5g restore help

i have had this ipod 5g (jailbroken ios 7.1.2) for a while but i did not use it for about 3 months since my chord broke and i was too broke to afford a new one so i did not bother with it now i finally have a new chord and i for the life of me could not remember the password i tried my hardest till i was out of attempts because i thought i could fix it using my itunes on my laptop and just restore it so i maxed out my attempts and i tried to restore it on itunes and all i get is "ipod could not be restored error code 4013 i have looked for 2 whole days and could not find anything i tried different cords some made by apple some not and i tried other computers i even tried to just stay on ios 7 by replacing it with an ios 7.1.2 ipsw which still did not work i have tried ifunbox iMazing and tinyumbrella and nothing works. someone to tell me how to fix it would be helpful (i was considering sending it to apple but its jailbroken so it is some type of warranty violation of some sorts)

yes even if we knew how to help you we couldn't because it is against the rules to help anyone bypass any security including locked devices.

i was not so much trying to bypass the security  was just wondering if someone could aid me in trying to figure out how to connect it to itunes from what i understood you used to be able to restore an ipod by loging into the apple id that you are currently using on the device
