Hello. I am currently using Infacta GroupMail 5 and i noticed that on the GroupMail console it says that it sent emails but i tested it on an email address and i never received the email. Please help!

Please tell us a little about your set up, the computer system you are using, its operating system etc?
It would also be helpful for us to know how you are using the Infacta GroupMail 5…
Have you been successfull in using it in the past? or is it just a new problem that has recently presented?
To how many addressees are you trying to send the mail on a day to day basis, or how many do you intend to send?
Presumably you have checked with your ISP that they are relaxed about it?
Remember that we need to hear the complete story from you if help is to be offered….. Kipling summed it up with his poem that included these words:
" I keep six honest serving men…What and Why and When And How and Where and Who"
If you provide the answers to the those questions it would help.
