DRIVERS are gone after using Hirens

I was scanning my laptop using Hirens' antivirus (malwarebytes). then after deep cleaning, i reboot my laptop. after rebooting, my drivers are gone especially the printers and sound and my theme gone bad. i cant activate my themes and went to gray color scheme.help guys.

We will therefore refrain from making any suggestions here in this Windows forum until you have finished in the other forum and your logs have shown the absence of malicious code, (viruses and the like)…… The job of the malware fighter is a difficult one and we dont want to make any suggestions here in this forum that would make the malware fighters job even more difficult…

Once you have been given the "all clear" over in the other forum feel free to post back here in this topic if you are still having issues with your computer, and we will do our best to help.

Incidentally here's a tip for you… dont make a response to your original post over in the other forum until a malware fighter has responded….( the malware fighters  often look firstly at topics with zero responses, so responding to your own topic there is likely to seriously delay your getting assistance)
