TeleChart 2007 and Roxio Creator Starter conflict?

I have a stock software program called TeleChart 2007 from Worden Inc. and have used it for a long time.

This week when selecting to start the program I get a little pop-up window that starts to configure another program on the lap top Roxio Creator Starter installed when I purchased the lap.

It seems that may be a conflict somewhere that has the two connected.  I ran Glary Utilities ver. 4 thinking that may fix a registry.  Glary found and fixed a number of conflicts, but the TeleChart 2007/ Roxio Creator Starter wasn't fixed.

Any thoughts from anyone?

Simplest option if you don't use Roxio is to uninstall it, that "should" sort that out, the program will still be in the recovery partition and can be reloaded again if you ever needed it again, this is the quickest solution I can think of for you, but it does depend on you not needing\using Roxio.
