Java Problems rs.js and JRE not correct [Closed]

Hello,

      I am running 2 different laptops and seem to be having the same basic Java problems.  They may be related or separate.

 

My first problem is when using Defense Travel System I continue to get an error message related to my JRE.

The second issue is for the last 2 days a file has been trying to install from named rs.js

 

Please advise me on how to correct these problems.
