Hi, When ever I email a friend at their work my emails go into a folder at her end called sync issues. I know they use Microsoft Outlook 2010. She tells me its only my emails that go in to her sync issues folder. Any explanation or help to stop this would be appreciated, thanks in advance

She must have a message filter setup at her end that sees something in your Email and moves it to the sync issues folder.
