Lately ive been out of no where having to wait a additional 2-3mins after loging to actually having it respond to click on any action. its been a good 4-5 weeks of consistently making me have to wait a additional 2-3mins of waiting before i actually can use my asus laptop. sometimes i get a google chrome or internet explorer page then it lets me click something then it says its not responding. Or sometimes i cant click anything at all almost like it frozen. For 2-3mins before i can and then it happens again and again. I took excellent wellness with this asus laptop and has allowed me to play every game so far. I guess sometimes thats not even enough. thanks
worst computer crisis i ever had i can poweroff 10 times and it still freezes
I apologize for the delay. If you still require assistance please run the below scans.
1.aswMBR
Download aswMBR.exe and save it to your desktop.
Right click and select "Run as Administrator".
When asked if you want to download Avast's virus definitions please select Yes.
Click Scan
Upon completion of the scan, click Save log and save it to your desktop, and post that log in your next reply for review. Note - do NOT attempt any Fix yet.
You will also notice another file created on the desktop named MBR.dat. Right click that file and select Send To>Compressed (zipped) file. Attach that zipped file in your next reply as well.
