Hi, I'm new here from Vancouver, WA. I have Windows 7 and my chief complaint with this Dell laptop is that the cursor has a round blue circle going CONSTANTLY. Literally constantly, no matter what I've done with Norton to clean things up or deleted programs and defragmented the disk. It also runs slow at times. Can anyone help? Thanks! :D
