can't get online at internet cafe

Hi, I can use the wifi at the public library, but not at internet cafes. You don't need a password or anything to get on the cafes' wifi, so I just make sure my laptop's wireless light is blue, & wait for my laptop to connect to the cafe's wifi. When that happens, my 'Currently connected to' box/screen says I'm connected to the cafe's wifi, but at the very top, it says 'No Internet access'. Thanks for any help you can give me on this, nonkly
