Hi,

I've recently managed to revitalise my old Laptop with a new HDD & a fresh installation of XP. The only problem I'm having is installing the touchpad drivers. The Synaptics screen is appearing in the Mouse properties but the Driver seems to be missing in the device manager. I've made several attempts at try to install the software but the touchpad is still not working.

I think it is physically busted.
