Hi Edd12,

Please try this approach:

Clear Browser Cache in IE9

• Close all Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer windows that are currently open.
• Open Internet Explorer.
• Click the Tools button [external image: Posted Image], and then expand theSafety menu, then select Delete browsing history.
• Select the check box next to each of the following categories.
  
  • Temporary Internet files and website files
  • History
• Click Delete

Continue with my previous instructions if this doesn't resolve the situation.
