Hi,
I've recently restored my Laptop back to it's factory state after Internet problems & Desktop freezing.
Unfortunately I'm still experiencing both, but have given up on the internet issue.
I'm currently in 'Safe mode' as I can't get passed the Desktop freezing.
I think the only clue to what may be happening is found in the event viewer, the contents of which are posted below.
I'm running windows Vista sp2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
EDIT
Malwarebytes is not loading/appering in the taskbar at the time of freezing
I've disabled it from starting-up to see how things go
Update 1.
I'm getting white Screens with freezing with each startup (I'm in safe mode again).
I now resolved this issue by restoring my computer to it's factory/default state
