Freeware streaming capture recommendations?

I'm looking for recommendations for some freeware/shareware to capture audio streamed from a radio station. I'm using Firefox on an XP Pro machine. Appreciate any recommendations. I downloaded a product called mp3mymp3install, but Comodo had some serious-looking objections to it, so I halted the install.

Hello MrDinosaur,

You are wise to stay away from that application.

If you did install the utility, you should immediately take steps to remove any infections, or seek assistance if you do not have sufficient knowledge and skill to assure that any infections have been completely removed!

You should also CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS, and most particularly passwords that enable access to Banking, business transactions, email that may contain personally identifying or valuable information, and site login passwords.
