likely infection (ZeroAccess?) [Solved]

Have done the deletes and uninstalls. How about TDSKiller and Security Check? Do they need uninstalling? I will look into the firewalls and the other recommendations you make for security. I have run nearly all of them at one time or another. thanks so much for all the info. I'll also give the 'how to remove malware' article thoroughly as I'm getting sick of these dayam infections. Thanks again for all your help.
