hi. sorry for the delay. i've done everything you've recommended, but i have a couple question. the items you list are they in liu of bitdefender or additional items that can be downloaded? i have a firewall option in bitdefender is that what your referring to in the firewall item? Thanks

If you are running a firewall with BitDefender than just disregard and you should be just fine.

I would definitely get WOT and some people like MVPHOSTS and others don't so it is really up to you. They are just additional items that you could use if you wanted to do so.
