Hi i hope you can help me. My laptop computer is working very slowly even after being scanned by AVG, Malwarebytes and SpyBot.

Download the diagnostic tool MGADiag and save it to your desktop.

  • Double-click on MGADiag.exe.
  • Click Run.
  • Click Continue, then Copy.
  • Paste the report in your next reply.

Hi Tomk,

I downloaded MGADiag and Run the program but when the report gave me the option to copy I received the following message:

"Failed to create output files, hr=0x8007000d. Please contact support"

I bought my laptop over a year ago, with the original Vista already instaled. I don't think I was ever asked to validate Vista. How would I do that anyway now?
