Page missing footer when viewed from Windows

I made a site in Dreamweaver on a Mac. It looks fine from a Mac, but from either IE or FF in Windows, on the following page, the entire bottom section (footer, etc., under the contact form), does not show up:

It's supposed to look like all the other pages; for example:
http://davesguitarplanet.com/GMShtml/

Any idea what's going on?

They look the same to me with IE9, Firefox 10.09.1 and Seamonkey 2.8 (Mozilla).

This is IE 10, running from Windows 8 consumer preview. The pages load promptly, graphics are brilliant, whole page if available including footer.
