Sorry to hear about your problems you are having. Not sure if this may be the case but it's worth a shot to try.
Go here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-remo…-windows-repair and download unhide.exe and see if this may fix your problems, sometime removing Malware the dword values will get changed. Post back here to let us know the results to see if this taken care of it or to look into something else.
May you have a Blessed Day,

Hello
I was fixing this friend's computer(read delete viruses with mbam/hijackthis) and seemed to get rid of everything. However now I noticed some windows problems. When I go to user accounts it shows a blank page, when I open system restore nothing happens, when I try to open it again then a blank page shows up. Same for Services, it's blank blank blank. I seriously can't go through the trouble of reinstalling windows, would be great if anyone encountered / knows how to fix this.
Excuse me for stepping in here Jimmy, but the link you proved for the above post is a Remove / uninstall guide for the malware rogue "Windows Repair ".
Was that the intended link?
Cheers,
Lee
