It's your birthday and there is a party (congratulations).

4 of your friends are attending the party. Alice, Bob, Charlene and Daniel.

At some point in the party you are viewing the gift table. On the table, amongst the wrapped presents is a plate with a few crumbs left on it. You say… "Hey! Who ate my birthday cookie?"

Alice says - "It wasn't me."
Bob says - "Sure it wasn't. Fess up Alice."
Charlene says - "Just look at Bob. Obviously it was him."
Daniel says - "What cookie? I didn't even see it"

You ask again. "Somebody in this room ate my birthday cookie. Who was it?"

Alice says - "Daniel. How could you not have seen it. It was right there on that plate."
Bob says - "I saw it, but I didn't touch it"
Charlene says - "I did not eat it."
Daniel says - "I wouldn't have ate it even if I had seen it."


Who ate your birthday cookie?

Charlene says - "Just look at Bob. Obviously it was him." she also says, "I did not eat it." Bob says - "I saw it, but I didn't touch it" I propose Charlene feed it to Bob.

Fess up time here, TomK must have looked into my life somehow. When I was a younger lad, I did eat my birthday cookie and did just very much so what this topic was and shifted the blame else where, Mom went out and bought me another cookie because of my buddy's who were their did not confess to eating the cookie, but in fact it was I. When I saw this it reminded me on the past when I was 8. Jimbo1
