hi gang….. your favorite computer ignoramus is back !!!!!
shall we dance???????
ok then…. by-gones are never gone i'll search around the web and see what can be done, i doubt this one is as serious as the other three, it's not popping up every two minutes like the others…. so not as offensive and if i have to live with it i will.
Oh Candice you don't have to go it alone! I'll be glad to help you out! Let's see what we can do to get you all fixed up.
I think, if I remember correctly, you already have Malwarebytes on your computer don't you? (The icon is a red box with a big white M in it). If so, please follow these directions:
Please run it by double clicking the icon on the desktop.
Click on the tab labeled Update and then click on the button Check for updates.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan. [external image: Posted Image]
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location and post the results.
Note: If you receive a notice that some of the items couldn't be removed, that they have been added to the delete on reboot list, please reboot.
If you don't still have Malwarebytes, or you are having any trouble with the update please let me know.
