a little after he did that he turned my webcam on.. can someone please help me get rid of this!!!! idk what even caused this, and i was told to come here for help, so can anyone help please?
Sounds like you've clicked upon and become infected with what has come to be known as Ransom-ware.

For the time-being, I'd suggest you keep that machine off-line.

If possible, use a different machine to navigate back here to these Forums.

Go to our: Are you Infected? Need Help?, Getting Started: How to Get Help." Thread

Using that different, known-good, machine, download the utilities as instructed and transfer them to your infected machine's Desktop via CD or USB Device.

Continue using the "known-good" machine for your correspondence until your Malware Removal Specialist tells you otherwise.

Note: Keep that infected machine off-line to prevent additional damage perpetrated by your Ransom-ware attacker.
Note: The damage may already be done, or poised to be done, even though the machine is off-line.

Note: Using the second, known-good machine, change your online passwords. (banking, IM, game memberships, online email accounts, etc.)

Best Regards
Thanks for welcoming me, sorry for typing like that, I was kinda freaking out

Not to be a bother or anything, but when you say off-line, do you mean keep the computer turned off? or keep the internet disconnected? Sorry I'm so slow, never had this happen to me before :(
(I'm on a different computer at the moment.)
