ok guys here we go again… I have the all in one key logger on my desktop and attempted to install it on my laptop well the trail worked great so i paid for the full deal. well since then i have installed nortons 360 5.0 and i am getting an access violation error code.. heck i am even not allowed to install win 7 ultimate service pack one it even comes up with an error code as well help me out guys….

What keylogger program do you have installed? It would not be unlikely to find a conflict between it and Norton. As to the inability to install Win 7 update… that could also be related to the keylogger, but without specific information how could we even research the problem to discover how to help?
