Help with Keylogger Trojan

Norton AV 2005 has found that I have the keylogger trojan, but the pesky little critter won't allow Norton to quarantine or delete it. Have tried a number of other programs such as panda and trojan hunter and they don't seem to acknowledge that it is present. Have uninstalled/reinstalled Norton and it still IDs the keylogger. Iran HT and here's the log of what's there. Thanks for your help.

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following,

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Please run two of the Virus scans. Make sure autoclean is enabled on the scans

1. Fixed the three items as indicated

2. Ran Panda–nothing found

3. Ran RAV antivirus–nothing found

4. Ran A squared–found some tracking software; cleaned out.

5. At each of the three scans, when the scan reached the appropriate area alphabetically, the resident Norton AV program popped up that it had discovered the keylogger virus in file: C:\windows\system32\sysfrcx.dll. Of course, it couldn't be deleted/access denied via Norton's pop up window.

You need to move Hijackthis instructions on How to set up a HijackThis folder here.

Download and install this disk cleanup utility called Cleanup!
Don't run it yet. Alternate download link.
It will get rid of any malware which may be hiding in your temp folders.
You will also regain a massive amount of disk space.
Here is a tutorial which describes its usage.

Download Pocket Killbox and unzip it; save it to your Desktop. We may need it later.

Reboot in safe mode. Close all Browser and Program Windows.
Have HijackThis fix the following. Do this by checking the box beside each and then clicking on Fix checked.

You may need to set you computor to show hidden files. Click here for Instructions.
Then click start>my computer>local disk
(then follow the path) or Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:
Delete the following file(s) listed.

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\sysfrcx.dll
Delete the folder(s) listed
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint
Exit Explorer, and reboot as normal afterwards.

If you were unable to find any of the files then please follow these additional instructions:
Run Pocket Killbox, and click the radio button that says Delete a file on reboot.
Paste the full path of file to delete box and click the red circle with a white cross in it.
The program will ask you if you want to reboot answer Yes let the system reboot.
Here are Instructions for deleting multiple files with Pocket Killbox. If you were not able to find them.

Then Run Cleanup!
Reboot and Rescan with HJT and post a new log here.
Also please describe how your computer behaves now.

The handful of items removed from the HJT log, done under safe mode, seemed to do the trick. DId not have to run killbox or cleanup. This time, when the sysfrcx.dll filewasremoved, Norton AV's popup window said that it had been found and DELETED, where before access had been denied and no removal was possible. A full Norton AV scan after this showed that nothing was found at all. Thank you!
