Hello Not sure if this is the right place for this problem but here goes: I went into 'Google Maps' today. When I left clicked in the subject box to make my search a pop up appeared showing what seemed to me to be a fairly lengthy browsing history. I tried to clear this by various methods (clear history, clear cache etc) but the box always reappears, populated by the same history. note this is NOTHING to do with Google maps history - it is other sites from around the net.! This ONLY appears when i go into Google maps as above, (not images, videos etc). Google is my homepage. I am puzzled. can anybody help me remove this rogue history? Thanks in anticipation. nelclaret

In case you run into this again, you can try using this http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download it would clean up cookies, history and what not. Be sure not to use the registry part, because using such programs could cause damage and we at WTT do not condone the use of registry cleaners.

I use it all the time to clean up my junk in my history and cookies and what not related stuff.
