Video Card advice

Well seeing how everyone that answers to my post seems to be an expert in the matters of the computer, i want your advice on what i should get for my video card. My current card Is Ati Radeon XPRESS 200 series and i want to upgrade it to a more better card. Any advice on what to get. Also, im a bit tight on cash so, hopefully you'll keep money in mind too… Thanks for the help~!

i really like nvidias gtx460 cards, if you can afford them.. here's one. :- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx…N82E16814127519

but we really need to know what your max budget is before we can recommend anything tho, as well as what motherboard(slot type) you have, i think Ati Radeon XPRESS 200 are pci-e but i may be wrong and there are agp versions out there too.
