Dual Boot

hi i am running on windows 7 home premium, how can i dual boot wit perhaps xp, or linux?

It is strongly advised that you become familiar with the above before moving on to Linux….. Presumably you have already made a disc clone of your hard drive and its kept safe on removable media?

Paws recommendation to have a clone of your OS drive on removable media is sage advice.

I am not very familiar with the Linux OS varieties and flavours but as for adding W7 after XP is already installed, I am very familiar with this process and the potential peril it can easily involve.

Since then, I have performed the operation several times on PC's for other people without a hitch.
