What is an incoming computer tech?
Are you in a training program?

If so, does the training program mention Netiquette regarding shouting with all caps?

Well sorry for the "shouting", but i am in a training program and the sort of software im interesting in is for troubleshooting computers, good anti malware programs, etc.
There are plenty of excellent Tech tools available for System and Hardware diagnosis and repair.

SIW
Belarc Advisor
Everest
D_A_L Hardware Scan (for XP)
SysInternals Utilities
CodeStuff Starters
and many more from MS Windows and other hundreds of third-party publishers

Most "Windows" problems can be resolved using native utilities available from Microsoft.
