Hi there everyone. I am caught in a very frustrating situation. I went to sleep last night with my compter on, Im not sure if that matters but my hotmail account is at a snail crawls pace and it is very frustrating, however other sites seem to be running with a sense of normalcy.
I even tried out a yahoo mail account that seems to be working o.k. How can I resolve this problem?
I have also been running AVG anti virus for a long time but even if i detect viruses it says my virus vault is full so that I cannot quanretine anymore.
Please help me out my computer has been bgetting consistently slower and I respectfully ask for your assistance.

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from

here .
Disable any script blocker, and then double click
dds file to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs: Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.

I had even recieved a trojan warning the other day only to be powerless to do anything aginst it as the program that detected it (AVG anti virus) then claimed the virus vault was full.

Click continue. The page will refresh. Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation with or without Multi-language and save to your desktop. Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser. Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java. Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name. Click the Remove or Change/Remove button. Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions. Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed. Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u21-windows-i586-p.exe to install the newest version. Uncheck Carbonite online backup trial if it's offered there.

Also my computer has become very very slow since 2 days ago. It is really distressing.

Also with the issue involving AVG anti virus, I deleted the virus vault but when I attempt to removie any viruses afterwards the program always says "function interrupted by user" meaning I cant remove anything!

i'd just like to add i installed the lstest version of AVG and it said I didnt have any viruses!

Uninstall old Adobe Reader versions and get the latest one (9.4)
here or get Foxit Reader
here . Make sure you don't install toolbar if choose Foxit Reader! You may also check free readers introduced
here .
Uninstall this old Java:
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 12
