Hi. Since I purchased my computer I have had problems with my number 2, and 3 key. The 3 key is suppose to have the pound key as the shift key and the number 2 key is suppose to have the " symbol. Instead the number 2 key has the @ which swapped for another key. Does anyone know of this problem? Thank you in advance. Josepha
Hi and welcome to the WTT forums. The situation you describe is because your computer is set up as having an American keyboard……. Great if you are in America but sometimes not so good if you are in the UK….. Your time zone indicates you are in the UK so to set up the computer for UK operation do this: 1 Click on Start 2 Click on Control panel 3 click on Regional and language Options 4 Make sure that UK is selected where appropriate in both boxes (use the scroll down arrow to select) 5 Next click on languages 6 Click on Details make sure that UK and UK keyboard is selected (you can "Add" this if its not already there: Finally you can check the other settings …..adjust to taste and then OK your way out. All should now be fixed Let us know how you get on. Regards paws
